Deposits or withdrawal requests can all be done from your Personal Area. We accept various payment options to fund your account, including bank transfer, credit/debit card, Neteller, Skrill and Sofort.

Note that timeframes in the table for deposits or withdrawals reflect ActivTrades processing time and do not take into account the timing of the financial institution where your account is held. For example, SEPA bank withdrawals are cleared the next day, as are as Credit / Debit card withdrawals.

FUNDING

You can fund your ActivTrades account from your bank account by sending funds into one of our Segregated Client Accounts. Note that we cannot accept cash, cheques or third party deposits. However, we do accept funds from a joint bank account.

Note that you should transfer funds in the same currency as the bank account you are sending to, otherwise, our bank might convert the funds into the currency of the account and we would apply that amount to your trading account. For example, if you want to fund your USD trading account you should send USD to our USD client bank account. Note that if you hold a bank account in EUR and would like to fund a USD trading account, you may send EUR to our EUR client bank account and once we receive the funds we will convert EUR into USD using the live rates from the trading platform (1). ActivTrades does not charge for incoming transfers however charges may be applied by the remitting or intermediary banks.

WITHDRAWAL

We will send the funds from your trading account to the original bank account you deposited funds from. We might request a copy of your bank statement as a proof of account ownership.

Bank withdrawal fees depend on the currency and type of transfer requested. Transfers under SEPA, BACS and Fast Payment systems are free. However, urgent, international and CHAPS payments incur fees. Please note that additional charges from the beneficiary and/or intermediary bank(s) may apply.

Intraday profits are not allowed to be withdrawn on the same day and will be delayed until the next business day.

FUNDING

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro and Visa Electron. You can only deposit funds from a card which is issued in the name of the ActivTrades trading account holder. We cannot accept card deposits from a third party. We do not charge any fee on the first deposit, and subsequent deposits will incur a 1.5% fee if you use a non-UK debit card or any credit card. There might be other associated fees from your card issuing bank.

WITHDRAWAL

Please note that in case you funded your account via a Debit or Credit card, we will refund, in the first instance, to the card used, and up to the amount of the deposit received. Any profits will be sent via bank wire.

You can only request a withdrawal to the card used to fund your trading account in the past 12 months, otherwise, the funds will be sent to your bank account. Please inform our Support Team if the card used to fund your trading account has been cancelled. Failure to notify us may result in a significant delay of the funds being received by you.

We do not charge any fee on any card withdrawals, however, your card issuer may apply a transaction charge.

FUNDING

You can fund your ActivTrades account from your Neteller wallet at no cost in less than 30 minutes. Neteller is a global online payment solution designed to make secure payments. If you do not have a Neteller wallet, you can easily open an account with Neteller and deposit funds from your Neteller wallet to your ActivTrades account.

You can request a withdrawal from your ActivTrades account if you have previously deposited via NETELLER. Funds will be returned to the NETELLER account you initially deposited from and in the same currency of the deposit. No fees will be charged for a Neteller withdrawal.

FUNDING

You can use your Skrill account to fund your ActivTrades trading account at no cost to you in less than 30 minutes. Skrill is a digital wallet that will provide you the benefit of connecting all your payment options and use them safely to make online payments.

You can request a withdrawal from your ActivTrades account if you have previously deposited via SKRILL. Funds will be returned to the SKRILL account you initially deposited from and in the same currency of the deposit. No fees will be charged for a SKRILL withdrawal.
