Activtrades is a leading independent London City based futures trading firm specialized in trading-on-line. We are currently recruiting Support Analysts. This is an exciting opportunity for highly ambitious individuals, dynamic and determined to succeed in a hugely competitive environment. Working well under pressure is essential.

Main responsibilities:

• To successfully promote our services through proactive client contact.
• To effectively increase client numbers.
• To provide a first class service to clients.
• To execute orders by phone on behalf of existing and new clients, keeping within the risk profiles.
• To professionally deal with trade related queries by telephone and email.

Must be able to:

• Demonstrate knowledge of the product being traded.
• Monitor and manage risk exposure.
• Liaise with other desks to identify issues and provide a first class service to clients.
• Maximise company relationships with clients.

Must have knowledge of the following:

• Up to date information on market movements.
• Relevant FSA rules and other rules and regulations specific to our services.
• How Financial market products are traded and settled.

Must possess the following:

• At least 1 year experience in a client facing position, within financial services.
• Be pro-active and self-starting.
• Be able to establish and maintain relationships with people at all levels.
• Be self confident and flexible.
• Speak English fluently.
